Second time, my chicken had a taste like soap. They change me the order but they charge me for extra three different appetisers which i never order and never touch. Never going back againg.
Food was cold and entire order was wrong. Server refused to give our kids refills on their drinks and there were only 5 tables at the time. I asked for a manager, she said he was to busy to deal with a minor issue like that. We literally had to walk up to the bar to get our kids refills all while this female server had a evil grin on her face. Typical I will drink 2-3 beers when out to eat but the server never even asked if I wanted a second one. This applebees is horrible, nowhere near as good the ones in Toledo.

Service was good, I ordered the bourbon street chicken, the chicken was over cooked and the onions and mushrooms were under cooked. The potatoes had absolutely no seasoning on them.
My wife got Fiesta lime chicken and the portions were tiny.

The service was fine. The menu is confusing and lacks vegetarian options. The Ceasar salad may have been crisp an hour or two before it was served but not when it got to the table. The tomato soup was fine, but that's ot enough for a meal. Finally, get the video games off the tables, Applebee's markets itself as a restaurant, not an arcade.
