Absolutely horrible.... came to get railroad ties and they tried to sell us half rotten ones that were falling apart....lazy store help
My experience with the clerk at the return counter was frustratingly disappointing.
Can't find anyone that answer questions. You have a lot of employees that run the other way when technical questions are asked. I plan on going to Home Depot in Auburn from now on. I wanted to purchase carpet and counter tops.
Can't return without original packaging??
The package is not always easily removed without destroying it to get the item out. So the package is gone in the trash. Therefore I keep a defective item worth $40 because the $2 box is missing?? Home Depot will be my new home improvement supplier.
I would normally give this store a five however I am a woman in construction and twice I have checked website for availability of a very specific item at their location— only to arrive at the contractors area and be told that such an item “doesn’t even exist” like I am an idiot. When in fact I was able to show them my printout of their very own website and show them the real idiot. Geeze
