I don't recommend renting anything from them. They are the worst owner/landlord that I ever had. Also when you give them your deposit they will take more than half of it with stupid excuses.
I cannot express the gratitude my wife and I have for Four Seasons. Without being long winded I will explain our situation. My wife and I bought a Victorian home in downtown Angola awhile back, and we hired a contractor to do the roof and he took our money and never completed the job. We reached out to Lou at Four Seasons and he was more than understanding. He was very informative, and took his time explaining things to us. They completed the roof and it was done to perfection. The crew was clean, professional, and, most importantly, my wife felt comfortable around them. They will be our first call for any project we may have! Thanks again for everything!
5. They used our garage for their staging/working space, leaving the wall stained with trim board stain and the floor covered in drywall dust, that was hard to clean after they left.

They did come back and put more grunt down. After leaving they told us not to use it for twenty four hours. When we could finally use the shower notice that chunks of grout were stuck on the walls and portions of the floor. Could see where grout was not cleaned off properly and spent another hour and half cleaning that mess. Not done cleaning yet because rinsing mess with water hides the uncleaned areas.
Requested a quote on big remodeling project last week of October 2017. After waiting and inquiring to status of estimate, for several weeks, my final text inquiry was answered and told he couldn’t do the estimate due to family situation. I then
Fours Seasons replaced two sliding doors on my home. All went well and came in under budget. I would recommend them.
3. Drywall was so warped on a three foot section of wall that the base board had a half inch gap in the middle. Their explanation was that it was hard to install on a wall that was not straight. They built the wall. They then just filled in behind baseboard with spackle.
I would not recommend this business or their sub contractors to anyone.

2. Floor had glue all over. After clean up some glue for two hours decided to call and have them clean the rest. Floor guy came and after twenty minutes left and said he was done. The we, not him, needed to use mineral spirits to clean the rest. My wife spent another two hours cleaning the mess.
4. Didn't Finish ceramic tile shower they way we had described. No acsent difference on tile for decoration. Didn't put tile to ceiling and the grout wan't sealed. Noticed that the tile on the floor had cracks that would allow water underneath the tile we were told that was normal as grout shrinks.
