I went in to get a nail taken out of my front tire and was told it was going to take a half hour. After a hour of waiting and seeing other customers arriving after me and leaving before me, i got to thinking what is taking so long. I go out to the lobby to see my vehicle to see my vehicle parked in the parking lot. When i asked how long it had been done the person at the desk got a attitude with me.
On vacation, needed an emergency tire repair. They hooked me up, charged a very reasonable price, and got me out of there fast.

So I took my car to best 1 tire and auto care today to have two front tires replaced. Prior to their service the only display warning on my car was a low pressure on my front passenger tire. After the car was finished I had 4 warning lights, the ABS, stability track/ traction light and the engine light. Trying to negotiate them to fix it all they wanted to do is a courtesy scan that they did once already but was not willing to fix the issues without me paying more. So now I'm going to another shop to see what's wrong. Don't take me word for it, go see for yourself what poor business is ran at Best one tire and autocare...
Had a flat, metal went through side wall, fixed me up with good used comparable tire. Thank you
