If I could give negative stars, I would! We called for a rental mini van or van as our RV had broken down and was in the repair shop. I called first thing in the morning and made our request for a van along with a request to have someone pick us up. I was told to hold so she could find out what time the driver was coming in. Then the phone was answered by a man who did not know why I was holding. I had to explain everything again so he could look me up in their computer. He said he did not know when the driver would be in today but that they would call me back with a time. Meanwhile, my husband talked to the repair shop and they offered him a ride to Enterprise. He took them up on the offer. When he arrived at Enterprise the lady first told him that we did not have a reservation. So as she started to process the reservation (again!) she tells him oh - here you are. She gave him a mini van. She did not conduct any walk around the vehicle and said the van was just cleaned. My husband made her come out to mark down damages to the vehicle. If the van was just cleaned they must of used muddy water as the front window was so dirty that we could not see out of it! This Enterprise is the only rental company in the community so there are no other choices. Their customer service is so bad that the repair shop warned us! Also - when my husband was there they stated they do not bring cars to any one!

The guys (no girls in the office when I was there) are awesome and really go out of their way to make sure that you get everything you need to make your experience with them the best!

Good service and cars. This location is closed on the weekend. Can't reserve a car for pickup on a Saturday or just Sunday, I would give 5 Stars if open on weekend.

Very poor experience with Enterprise apart from one individual who was great. I needed to rent a car from Angola, Indiana. The car was booked but upon arrival I was told that there were no cars available. I was told that this is common as bookings receive commission on reservations and don't check to see if cars are in fact available. As a result, the poor staff in the offices frequently are faced with irate customers who have booked only to be told their car does not exist. In my case, the employee in Enterprise Angola gave me his own (Enterprise) car that he was given that day as he felt responsible for the issue. Many thanks to him, he should be promoted. Then, upon arrival in Ann Arbor, I could not be issued with a receipt due to technical difficulties. I asked them to organise for a receipt to be emailed to me but the staff (one reasonably helpful, one curt and indifferent) told me to sort it out with customer service. I pointed out that the failing to provide me with a receipt was their responsibility and that they should organise for the receipt to be emailed to me. I gave them my email address but never received the receipt. Bad, bad. I wouldn't use Enterprise again: They may not have cars available, staff don't care.

Initially, I was not impressed. Being a first time customer, we felt very rushed and we were not offered any additional options like adding drivers or protection plans. Luckily, my parents have been customers for many years and told me what to get when I picked the vehicle up. The inside the car was clean, but the outside was dirty. Also we had to run back into the place to make sure they were aware of the big scratch on top. The car did not a have full tank of gas, it had under a quarter tank, which was not a big deal but it was later when they tried to charge us for bringing it back with a quarter of a tank (it actually had more in it when we brought it back) The guy who checked the car out to us told us he would note the car was leaving with under a quarter of tank but they later tried to charge us when it was brought back with a quarter of a tank. I did appreciate the quick service but still felt things could have been offered and explained to us better since we were first time customers. Also this location closes at 5 on Friday's, we only needed the car for Saturday so we ended up paying to have the car for 2 days and we only drove it for one day. When i customer service called to go over my final charges, he was very polite and concerned about the "okay" service we received and that is why this review is getting a 4. He took the gas charge off and gave us $50 dollars off. I did not ask for him to do anything besides remove the gas charge. He asked how my experience was and when i responded okay, he asked what he could do to fix it. I told him nothing, and it is okay and that hopefully next time will be better. He insisted to make things right and offered to take $50 off our bill. So I think that fellow deserves a pat on the back for insisting to make things right. I will still use enterprise in the future, I just sincerely hope my next rental experience is better!
